At Lady Mae and Co, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. To start a return click here.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns for Store Credit Only — no refunds to original payment methods.
Items must be unworn with tags attached returned in original condition. Items must be free of smoke odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any other signs of wear. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied and sent back at the customer’s expense.
Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
Lady Mae and Co does not offer any exchanges at the time.
Final sale items cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Please allow 5-10 business days once your return reaches our PO box, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
Please note exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at sydnee@ladymaeandco.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
